New files may confirm rumours that Marilyn Monroe underwent plastic surgery, according to Newsfeedtime.com.
The files reveal that the actress complained of having a chin deformity. Plastic surgeon, Michael Gurdin described Monroe's medical history, including a chin implant that was inserted in 1950 and had begun to dissolve. Those with information about the implant have said it was done in conjunction with rhinoplasty on the star's nose.
There are also a range of X-rays from 1962 showing Monroe's mouth and facial bones. They were taken after the star fell in the middle of the night. Doctors gave her the pseudonym, Joan Newman and listed her as being 5'6 and 115 pounds while also naming her residence as Monroe's home. A radiologist found that there was no damage to the nose however a new look at the X-ray has found a very small hairline fracture. Monroe was fired from the set of 'Something's Got to Give' the next day.
