any patients approach us with the concerns about the appearance of their thighs. In cases where the patient has thin or non-elastic skin, the inner thighs may develop unsightly folds and bulges. Excess of loose skin or fatty tissue can lead to a sagging bulge that causes chafing in the inner thigh area, rashes or discomfort while walking. Similar problems may also be seen following previous liposculpture of the thigh, when the removal of excess tissue is not compensated for by skin retraction. The result may be skin folds or dimpling of the thighs, which may be worse than the original look.
