What does labiaplasty do?  It is a procedure that shortens and re-shapes the inner labia which reduces their appearance and corrects irregularities or unevenness.

This is called Hymenoplasty, which may involve reconstruction of the hymen for traditional reasons, or because it may not have fully formed during development or had been damaged by exercise, trauma, fingers, intercourse or tampons.
